File Comparer is a very simple freeware utility which compares the contents of two files.
It tells you if they are equal or different and in case they are different at which byte the differences begin.

The main advantage (well... the only advantage :) to the other file comparers is that it supports drag and drop: you can just drag the two files into the editboxes instead of writing the names by hand. Very comfortable.
